How long will the puppy be left in a kennel if you do not have a fenced yard?

( We recommend no more than 3 hours at a given time. Kennels must be big enough for the puppy to move around freely in.We recommend buying the largest kennel possible now.) Kenneling is fine as long as pets are not left 8 hours at a time in them except at night to sleep. Give rewards to your puppy every time he is in a kennel so he sees it a positive and not a punishment and he will eventually seek it out on his own.
